A quick intro to 'Master Security' parameters

Once you start working with several campaigns you might find yourself using the same Security Configuration among them over and over again. Or maybe you think that if would be useful to be able to change your security configuration for several campaigns at the same time? Would you like to give your users permissions over campaign creation and edition but not over their security?

The Master Security Configuration allows you to enable and set Master Security Settings for your account. Only users with permissions will be able to change its status and configuration.

• When Master Security is enabled, it will be applied to all account campaigns that don't have a Security Configuration set. That means, in one hand, that if you have a campaign running with the intent of only analysing and not blocking traffic, that campaign will start blocking traffic based on this Master Configuration.
• On the other hand, if you have this feature enabled and you have campaigns relying on it, disabling the Master Security will left those campaigns unprotected.
• Users without permissions to interact with Security Settings won't be able to set a Security Configuration when creating a new campaign. This means that they will inherit the Master Security configuration if enabled, allowing the administrator of the account to give freedom to create and edit campaigns with locked security-related features.
