Performance
The Performance screen is used to show the approximated value of the economic impact of invalid traffic and Opticks prevention actions for your account. This section is divided in all the channels for which Opticks applies automated prevention, which include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and Tiktok. Each section is explained below.
Google Ads
Google Ads performance metrics are shown by Google Campaign type. For Search, Display and Shopping campaigns, the Savings formula explained in this document is applied with the campaign CPC extracted directly from your Google Ads account. Both IP and audience exclusions are taken into account.
For Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns, the formulas are applied at Google Account level, as it is not allowed to exclude IP's for individual campaign and account slots are use instead. Average PPC of the entire account is used for calculations.
Microsoft, Meta and TikTok Ads
For the rest of channels, only audience exclusion is allowed as automated prevention mechanism. Impact is shown individually for each channel.
Since we don't have direct API connection with these channels, a default PPC is applied. You can individually configure your custom average PPC's in each platform by clicking in the Config button at the top of the section.
