Retrieve detailed information on a click

Session Forensics allows you to find the most granular and comprehensive fraud insights directly inside our software.

In order to extract detailed information about a specific visit we must know some previous concepts, among which are the click_id and the reports.

The click_id is the identifier of each visit. These are unique and can only convert once because each visit is unique.

There are several types of reports but the one that interests us is the detailed one, in this we can see the detail of each visit and extract the click_id to go deeper if we require it. To go deeper, follow these steps:

• On your Opticks app click on "Session Forensics" option under the Intelligence section on the left navigation bar.

• Enter the click_id (track_2021...) of the click in the text field. 

• Click on “Search”.

• You will get a detailed view with all the information about that specific click.
