An Offer is how you set up where you want to redirect traffic to once Opticks analyses the visit to assess fraud risk levels. In other words, it's where you tell Opticks the landing page URL for your offer and how you want to track the revenues for said offer.
- Create Offers to tell Opticks where to redirect traffic to and how to keep track of revenues
The main fields you can configure for each Offer are:
- Offer's name - simply for reference purposes
- Tracking link - the Offer's landing page URL and any additional parameters you want to send through the URL
- Revenue Tracking - this can be either Fixed (a fixed value for each postback Opticks receive from you), or Automatic (where we expect to receive the conversion revenue value in the postbacks parameters).
That's pretty much all Opticks needs you to setup. You'll notice Opticks always includes a read-only field that contains Opticks own postback URL. This is purely for you to be aware of and remember to send Opticks requests to that URL whenever your users convert so Opticks can keep a track of your ROI and can report payouts to your traffic sources.
