A quick intro to User Management

Within Opticks Back Office you are able to control the access to your account by the different users related to it. Only users with Manage Users permission can customise permissions for new and existing users in your Opticks account.

You can also customise things like restricting edit access to a specific user or assigning data access to a group of users, among others.

You will do so by inviting users and assigning them Roles, Permissions and Labels. These users can be from your organisation or external ones and you can set up an optional expiration date for their access rights in either case.
